Your daily workflow follows:
- Select Status → New. This is your daily review queue.
- Review the AI-created entry. Check the actual listing against the scope below. If it is out of scope, choose Status → Passed. Use Error when a listing or application problem prevents you from proceeding. Select the appropriate Status Reason and set Active → No. Add notes when the reason needs explanation.
- Apply for relevant opportunities. Click View opportunity and use the application assets in this Google Drive folder ↗. Follow the direct-application guidance below.
- Record a successful application. Choose Status → Applied, enter the Applied date, and keep Active → Yes. Last contact updates automatically from the latest applied, interview or entered contact date. Record useful confirmation details or a next step in Notes / Next step. Do not mark Applied until the application is submitted.
- Finish the review. Resolve any remaining Needs attention items; click an item to open its editor with the flagged fields in red. Changes save automatically. Wait for Saved before leaving; Retry save appears if a save fails. Cards stay in your current view after a status change. Refresh or change the filter to update the list.
Scope
- Engagement: Our current focus is paid 1099 contract and fractional consulting, including part-time engagements and suitable consultancy, talent-network or specialist-recruiter intake. Permanent W2 / full-time employment is not the current focus. A “Contract” label alone does not establish 1099 status; leave Type blank if it is unknown and note what needs clarification.
- Work: Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations (RevOps), Sales Operations, GTM and business development; HubSpot / Salesforce / CRM systems, automation, integrations and reporting; demand generation, lifecycle and growth marketing; SEO and AI search (GEO / AEO); and partner, channel, alliance and co-marketing work. Relevant strategy and campaign execution are in scope too.
- Fit: Evaluate the actual responsibilities and required skills. An operations title, Senior label or specific CRM platform is not required for every relevant role. Domestique, Lean Layer and InTandem are examples of the kinds of consulting channels we seek.
- Location: US-compatible remote work or onsite / hybrid work in the East Bay, California. Exclude roles requiring relocation, onsite work elsewhere or country eligibility we do not meet.
- Pay: Target $50/hour or more. A published range entirely below the target is out of scope; a range that includes the target can qualify. Unknown compensation alone is not a reason to discard an otherwise suitable opportunity. Record published terms and leave unknown amounts blank.
- Exclude: Commission-only sales, unpaid / equity-only or referral-only programs, internships and unrelated work. A network should offer a real consultant / candidate intake path; simply selling relevant services is not enough.
Best Practices
- Prefer a direct application. Some opportunities link to a third-party service, such as
jobright.ai/jobs/info/…. Whenever possible, click through to either the LinkedIn job post or the company’s ATS / careers page and apply there. If no direct link appears, search Google for Company Name "Job Title" to find the original listing. Verify that the company and role match and that applications are still open.
- Avoid duplicate applications. Check existing pipeline entries and Notes before applying again. For a duplicate, use the Duplicate role flag and the appropriate reason; retain any existing application history.
- Use verified facts. Do not invent rates, hours, employment type or stage dates. Leave unknown fields blank and add a note or next step when clarification is needed.
- Make the handoff clear. Choose the most specific reason code when passing or logging an error. Explain unusual cases in Notes, and leave a concrete Next step when something needs follow-up.
